CareerIbis helps users recognise, strengthen and communicate relevant evidence for a specific role. It analyses CVs, resumes, job descriptions and application context, then helps prepare clearer, more role-targeted English application documents.

CareerIbis is not a recruitment agency, employer, career adviser, legal adviser or immigration adviser.

CareerIbis is currently provided for private testing and evaluation. Features may change, break, be removed, or work differently before public launch.

Access may be limited to approved testers. New public accounts are not currently open.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information
• only uploading content you have the right to use
• reviewing generated content before using it
• checking that any CV, resume, covering letter or application document is accurate and appropriate
• removing information you do not want processed
• using CareerIbis lawfully and responsibly

CareerIbis may help rewrite, restructure or improve application documents, but you remain responsible for the final content.

You should not use CareerIbis to create misleading, false or exaggerated claims about your experience, qualifications, employment history, achievements or right to work.

CareerIbis does not guarantee:

• interviews
• job offers
• improved hiring outcomes
• recruiter responses
• ATS success
• suitability for any specific role

CareerIbis provides application support and document optimisation only.

CareerIbis uses AI-assisted features. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, awkward wording or unsuitable suggestions.

You must review and edit any generated content before sending it to an employer, recruiter, hiring manager or job platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact hello@careeribis.com.

You must not use CareerIbis to:

• create false or misleading application content
• impersonate another person
• upload content you do not have permission to use
• attempt to access another user's account or data
• interfere with the security or operation of the service
• use the service for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes

CareerIbis may change during private testing. Features, limits, pricing, account access, storage and document-generation behaviour may be updated before public launch.

These Terms of Service may be updated as CareerIbis develops, especially before public launch.
