Built from the real application process
CareerIbis was created from first-hand experience of how awkward modern applications can be.
The same job title can mean different things from one organisation to another. In one company, a role may be broad, hands-on and stretched across several areas. In another, a similar title may be narrower, more structured or focused on one part of the business.
That difference matters.
Candidates often dismiss parts of their own background because the wording does not match perfectly, even when the underlying experience is relevant. A responsibility might have sat inside a blended role. An achievement might be buried in an old bullet point. A useful piece of evidence might never have made it into the CV at all.

What it actually does
CareerIbis is an Application Optimisation Platform for candidates applying to specific roles. It uses evidence-led application preparation: candidates compare their experience with a specific role, understand where the evidence is strong or incomplete, and prepare role-targeted application documents. Who runs CareerIbis
CareerIbis is being developed within The 5149 Company brand structure. CareerIbis remains the public-facing product and contact point while that structure is being established.
For anything outside a support ticket in the app, the addresses in the footer are the right route.
