Why CareerIbis

CareerIbis Values

We do not invent what is not there

CareerIbis helps you present your real experience more clearly for a specific role.

It does not fabricate achievements you have not had, qualifications you do not hold or experience you have not gained.

If a gap exists, CareerIbis should tell you it exists. If relevant experience is missing from your current CV, it can help you recognise that and add context. But it should not paper over a gap with something that falls apart in an interview.

Honest gaps are better than fragile claims.

Transferable experience matters

Relevant experience is not always written in the same language as the job description.

A responsibility may have sat inside a blended role. An achievement may never have made it into the CV at all.

CareerIbis is built to help candidates recognise where their background is genuinely relevant, even when the wording does not match perfectly.

You stay in control

The Alignment Report comes before the rewrite.

You respond to the gaps. You add context and achievements the original document may have missed. You confirm the direction.

The rewrite is grounded in your decisions and your evidence. No silent rewrites. No surprise claims in the output.

Honest about what we cannot do

CareerIbis cannot guarantee an interview. It cannot guarantee a job offer.

What it can do is help you arrive at the application with documents that present your genuine experience as clearly and specifically as possible for that role.

That distinction belongs in the product, not buried in small print.

Your career documents should sound like you

A CV that reads like it was produced by software can quickly start to sound like everyone else’s.

CareerIbis is designed to preserve the details that make your career history yours: the unusual projects, the commercial wins, the client context, the responsibilities, the constraints and the achievements that do not always fit neatly into a generic bullet point.

The goal is not to make you sound artificial. The goal is to make your real experience easier to understand.
