Managing your Account

The Account page is the single place for things that apply to you as a user rather than to a specific project.

What lives here

• Your current plan and remaining Application Packs for the current cycle, including any bonus packs.
• A cross-link to Candidate Profile.
• A recent-activity summary drawn from your account events.
• The route to open a support ticket and view your existing tickets.
• Tools for clearing local browser data if you need to reset the app state on your device.

Updating account information

Account details such as your sign-in email cannot be changed from the Account page yet. If you need a change you cannot make yourself, open a support ticket rather than creating a second account.

Support

Support tickets you open from Account are the source of truth for our conversation with you. We may email you when there is a reply, but replies are made inside CareerIbis, not by email.
