Understanding Recent Activity

Recent Activity shows account-level events such as generated reports, rewrites and exports.

Recent Activity is a short list of account-level events that helps you keep track of what has happened in CareerIbis. It is kept at account level so it survives clearing browser data or deleting an individual project.

What you may see

  • Alignment Reports generated for a project.
  • Rewrites and refinements produced.
  • DOCX exports downloaded.
  • Bonus packs awarded, where applicable.

How to use it

Use it to answer questions like: when did I last export this project, or which project have I been working on this week. It is a memory aid, not an audit trail for other systems.

What it does not mean

  • It is not a hiring signal or a record of applications sent.
  • It is not visible to employers or anyone else.

If a project has been deleted

If you delete a project, activity rows for that project may keep a minimal label (the target job title and company) marked as project deleted. No CV, job description or generated document content is retained on activity rows.
