Using your Dashboard
Your Dashboard shows recent projects, remaining Application Packs and the quickest path to preparing for another role.
The Dashboard is the home screen for your work in CareerIbis. It shows what you have in flight, how much of your current plan remains and the fastest way to pick up where you left off.
Recent projects
The main panel lists your projects most-recent-first, each with a status pill that reflects where the project has reached: in intake, report ready, application ready or exported. Selecting a project opens the most relevant view for its current state, so you do not need to remember which step you were on.
Understanding project status
- In intake means the project still needs role details, a job description or a CV.
- A project marked Report ready has an Alignment Report available for review.
- Application ready means the CV or resume and covering letter are prepared and waiting for you to check.
- Exported appears after at least one DOCX has been downloaded for the project.
Resuming work
Opening any project takes you to the most useful screen for its state. There is no wizard to restart. Everything you have already provided (intake, report, rewrite, refinement) is loaded from your account.
Application Packs remaining
The side panel shows your available allowance for the current cycle and any bonus packs you have.
What remains accessible when packs reach zero
- Every saved project you have already prepared.
- Alignment Reports, rewrites and refinements already generated.
- DOCX exports for those projects.
- Your Candidate Profile.
Common navigation questions
How do I start a new role?
Use the new-project action from the Dashboard. You will be walked through role, company, job description and CV before generating an Alignment Report.
Where do I edit my reusable career facts?
Open Candidate Profile from the workspace navigation. Changes there are available to every future project.
